We offer RV consignment which allows us to manage your RV under our business,
where we rent it out to others!
The RV consignment program is when someone owns an RV and they want to contract into property management with us, to rent their RV safely with a commercial rental business that is small family owned and operated.
RV's we need for 2025!
- 2018 or newer
Class C motorhome 26-32 ft that has private bedroom door and bunks plus a couch sleeper sleeps 7+
Campervan or Class B, with solar with 1500+watt inverter and sleeps and seatbelts 4+, Can have a pop-up but must also be able to be fully used for 3 without pop-up for hardside ruled parks. Mandatory wet bath.
Travel trailer or toy hauler (not 5th wheel) that a under 8000 lbs dry with private bedroom(door) and bunkroom.
Travel trailer under 4100lbs dry with 2 axles and single bunks sleeping 5+
Requirements:
Exterior is good condition, minor scratches dings scuffs ok but must look "nice."
Interior in good+ condition with fully functional everything, mattresses and kept up to look nice. Minor cosmetic issues fine.
Recent inspection and maintenance check within last 6 months (for winter proof of winterization with roof inspection).
Tires that are 2 years old or less by DOT # on sidewall and of good quality, recent engine maintenance per schedule for motorized RV.
No water damage, mold, or broken items unrepaired.

We have a GPS tracker in every RV under contract for peace of mind and tracking purposes for emergencies and return.
We handle the storage and scheduled maintenance for the RV, along with directly handling the rental and customers, and we run legally bound damage deposits, rental agreements, maintenance, legalities, and the owner gets the benefits of a mutual interest in making passive income at 50% for travel trailers and 45% driveable RVs, of every nightly rental, plus rental of any special extras. We run this as a full white glove service. We have working relationships with mobile RV Services that have met technician certification, along with a Fleet account with Les Schwab. We also have a Mercedes specific tech for sprinter chassis.
The RV owner can block out dates to use their RV as well during the consignment.
Owners receive 45-50% of all nightly rentals, plus any over mileage fees, generator fees minus maintenance. We have conversations with every single renter before approval, and take security deposits $1,500+ to cover any deductible that may come up.
Owners only pay a low monthly fee Sept 1st-April 30th that covers storage, basic maintenance, inspections, cleaning in and out, commercial insurance that covers the vehicle at all times for in general and under the business including collision and comprehensive, and liability.
Storage included, regular vehicle maintenance for oil changes, air filters and fluids for motorhomes, plus tire scheduled rotations, balance etc.
All-inclusive Fee for non-primary rental season: $45/month for travel trailer and $60 a month for motorhomes. RVs are kept at a fenced location with Cameras.
No fee for all months in off season that have a rental, even if it is 1 rental.
What am I required to do as an owner?
Any service that is not clearly related to the rental or normal maintenance is billed directly to the owner at your repair shop of choice, including mobile options, but we will handle getting the RV to/from and logistics with your permission on your behalf. This includes things like: Tires worn past 6/32nd or reaching over 2 years per DOT # on tire, equipment failures like refrigerator/ stove/ heat/AC etc essentials for renting.
Chassis, suspension and bearings need to be annually inspected, and any items deemed required for safety will need to be done and paid by owner such as leaf springs too worn out, bearing packing and or replacement, and Propane line or regulator repairs. Typically these items are every few years, not annual needs.
We send monthly invoices for any repairs we are able to do onsite (beyond normal maintenance) at a lower cost of $50/hr plus parts and we also allow this to be taken pre-payment if desired to reduce tax liability. We send electronic payments for monthly payouts with invoice. No surprises, ever!
We will send out a payout annual form to every owner for tax purposes with
income from us. Owners can use this to claim write-offs and depreciation with a tax professional. We use a professional tax company who will process these forms. All regular maintenance, repairs, monthly fees to us, and otherwise rental related may be helpful for taxes. All setup costs are also a write-off!
Not only do we have a very detailed process that we go through before each rental to vet the renters and make sure they have the necessary equipment to tow your camper.
We also require that they sign a detailed rental agreement that goes over all of our rules and expectations.
When they arrive to pick up the camper or upon delivery, we have a walk-through checklist where we go over each operating system to make sure they have the proper knowledge to use the camper and we make sure they understand our rules and expectations.
Each RV also will have an orientation Video we send ahead of time they will be asked to watch so they can come educated already with questions.

-We collect proof of identity and a copy of renter's car insurance if they drive the unit. They are also required to prove liability coverage by a binder, or purchase our commercial insurance's liability add-on. Either way the vehicle is 100% covered. For driven/towed rentals they must pass a MVA check for major violations in regards to safety.
-Every rental has a hold authorization security deposit before start, and meet all state minimum insurance requirements for drivers.
-We ask their experience and send them video orientation, plus in person tutorial and they must demonstrate everything including hitching, and test-driving motorhomes with us.
-We have a personal conversation with every renter before confirming a booking, verifying a good match.
-Renters choose their RV, not us, so they get free choice of whatever we have available within safety of vehicle and meeting their needs.
-We are all about prevention and safety, and we like to make sure issues can't happen vs fixing after it happens. We disable use of awnings and provide 10x10 pop-ups and require a Generator for boondocking if unit doesn't have 400+aH of usable batteries.
-ALL A/C use requires a generator, also.
Campers and RVs are expensive, not only do you usually have the monthly payment, but you are also paying for insurance and sometimes storage on top of that!
